This Privacy Policy explains how LIMBO MUSIC, S.L. ("limbo/", "we") collects and uses personal data through limbomusic.com and in connection with our services.
Note on roles: when you visit our Site, contact us, or are part of a prospective or active business relationship, we are the controller of your data. Separately, when we process personal data inside the platform on behalf of a client (for example, a client's artists or payees), we act as a processor, and the data-protection terms in the client's signed agreement (DPA) apply instead.

- Account and verification data if you become a client (credentials, and identity/fiscal data where legally required).

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with you — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To provide and secure our services to clients — performance of a contract.
- To meet legal, accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations — legal obligation.
- To send commercial communications only where permitted or with your consent — consent or legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers acting on our instructions, including cloud hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and payment and communications providers. As part of the limbo/ group, data may be shared with our US affiliate, LIMBO MUSIC GROUP, CORP. (Orlando, Florida, USA). We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
5. International transfers
Some providers and our US affiliate are outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional measures where needed. 6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry and contact data: for the duration of our relationship and a limited period afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.
- Accounting, billing and tax records: for the period required by Spanish law (generally up to 6 years).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, two-factor authentication, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify incidents as required by law.
